ONCE YOU SIGN UP and choose a 12 week or 16 week program, you will be connected to our world. The 12 week is for less weight loss (10-30 pounds) and the 16 week is more weight loss (over 30 pounds). We are committed toSAFE AND SLOW WEIGHT LOSS . This is the only way it will be long lasting and permanent!
You will receive aCUSTOM FITNESS PLAN and a CUSTOM DIET PLAN designed for you and your goals! No matter where you are or what your goals are - we can help!
